陸上交通午後陸續恢復正常

【李姿慧／台北報導】蘇力出海，陸上交通逐漸恢復正常，台鐵中午12時後全線恢復正常行駛，高鐵下午3時後開始行駛，3時到晚上6時間，每小時單向將各發3班站站停的全車自由座，晚上6時過後恢復正常行駛，將按時刻表開車。  

國道客運部分，國光客運中午後恢復行駛，和欣客運和阿羅哈客運則正常行駛，統聯客運依各路線情況不同調整行駛。另國道全線收費站今全天免收通行費。
