摘要:美式漢堡百百種,不過有一間位在新北市八里的漢堡店可就特別了,店家除了強調只用玫瑰岩鹽調味,要讓大家嚐原味牛肉香之外,一般美式漢堡加的都是起司片,不過這家店可是端出自製濃稠起司醬,成功成為店家招牌。 除了溫度一定要控制在200多度,為了要讓牛肉軟嫩多汁,只能翻煎2、3次,接下來,將美生菜、蕃茄等材料層層堆疊,接下來這個淋上起司醬的動作,可是重點,因為這店家自製的起司醬,是饕客的最愛,結合中式鐵板牛肉口味,一樣淋上可口香濃起司醬
