批醫官遭法辦沒道理　丁守中：不要用連坐公布一堆懲處！

針對陸軍六軍團542旅下士洪仲丘猝死案，國民黨立委丁守中今（16）日表示，整起事件涉及非法管教、借勢報復，國防部應該查出真正的兇手，他也質疑國防部將義務役醫官送法辦的作法有問題，「醫官只是救人，怎麼把醫官也法辦？這沒道理！」

丁守中說，國防部應該追出真相，「誰是真正的兇手，讓洪仲丘受到這樣的凌虐？」對於國防部發佈第二波懲處名單，丁守中則說，「如果沒有真相，懲處沒有意義！」

丁守中說，國防部應該根據事情的真相來擬定懲處，但是現在卻把義務役的醫官也法辦，「這沒道理，他（醫官）是後面救人的，醫官只是救人，怎麼把醫官也法辦？」

丁守中強調，國防部應該嚴懲造成洪仲丘死亡的官員，不是用連坐的方式，公布一大堆懲處，「到底是誰不當管教、借勢報復？這才是重點！」
