【綜合報導】陸軍下士洪仲丘家屬昨天中午起前往軍事法院檢察署台中辦公室觀看相關監視畫面，今天凌晨5點30分離開軍事法院檢察署，洪仲丘舅舅胡世和指出，根本沒有這段畫面；稍早他受訪時指出，今天將桃園地檢提告，要求保全證據及第3方介入。
