黃嘉千置產眼光準 品冠砸1500萬跟進

品冠24日代言房地產，分享購屋心得，他是台灣女婿也在台置產，因好友黃嘉千去年底赴馬來西亞看房，他驚訝黃會遠赴大馬置產，也跟著壓寶投資1500萬元。品冠在台首購的房產也經由她推薦，所以相信她眼光。

他出道18年，1997年賺得第一桶金，在郊區蒲種購買連棟雙層排屋，約300萬元共50坪，讓爸媽居住，接著陸續又買了６棟，之後考量市區增值空間大，又把郊區房子全數賣掉。

他因來台發展，2006年在南港購屋，去年結婚生子又換購70坪大房子，當初每坪28萬元的房子，最後以１坪48萬元賣出，他滿意說「買房是最好投資」。
