請問2013年的中秋節 ( 農曆八月十五日)，本公司於9/14要我們補上班一天，但卻又要我們9/21星期六來上班，是不給薪的，前提是我們9/14已經補班了哦!請問這樣公司是否有違反勞基法呢?會有責法嗎?(我司是屬海空運承攬業)
