英女曾罹癌　表演「美人魚」圓夢

【綜合報導】英國一名25歲女子凱莉(Mairead Kelly)在2010年被驗出有腦腫瘤，經過2次手術後終於痊癒，她決定一圓自己的兒時夢想，成為一條「美人魚」。

畢業於劍橋大學的凱莉平日是一名會計師，但在工餘時間會與2名朋友扮演美人魚，去到派對及不同娛樂場合進行水中表演，這個真人版美人魚組合漸漸獲得很高的評價。

由於不斷要作出水中訓練及游泳的緣故，凱莉擔任美人魚的表演工作後身體反而變得更健康，甚至比起患病前更佳，讓凱莉相當開心。
