7月實質薪資創近四年新低

主計總處今天公布7月經常性薪資為37,769元，較上年增加0.89% ，加計加班費、各類獎金的平均薪資為43,304元，年增1.87%。

不過，若考量物價漲幅，實質平均薪資為近四年來最低，較去年同期減少1.41%。實質經常性薪資也較去年減少0.41%，亦為近四年來新低。

至於畢業季失業潮不減，8月失業率創去年11月以來新高，達4.33%，較上月增加0.08個百點。

主計總處官員指出，如果今年經濟穩定成長，9月失業率應該會下降。官員還說，8月因工作場所停歇業而失業的人數，從今年6月起持續下降，就業狀況算是穩定。年輕族群方面，今年5到8月畢業季期間20-24歲失業率增幅，也比去年降低。
