化解美方疑心病 華為估要十年

（中央社台北18日電）美國屢次下令封殺華為技術，理由是擔心這家中國大陸最大通訊設備製造商恐對美國網路安全構成威脅，對此華為表示，由於該公司面臨「較高的門檻」，可能要耗費十年時間才能化解美方的國安疑慮。

華為全球網路安全主管沙福克（John Suffolk）今天接受電訪指出：「美國疑慮重重，華為有責任打消這重重疑慮。我們將繼續與美國同僚合作，以滿足他們的需求，並打消他們的疑慮，我們相信問題將可迎刃而解。」

華為想要進軍美國與澳洲等市場，卻屢屢受挫。為化解疑慮，華為今天公布第二份白皮書，詳列了如何強化網路安全，同時還呼籲各國政府與產業開發全球一致性的標準。

美國國會小組去年指控，大陸2大電信設備製造商華為與中興通訊，為大陸情治單位提供機會，入侵美國電信網路，進行間諜活動，對美國的國家安全構成威脅。華為在2011年被美國拒於門外，不得參與構建全美緊急網路。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1021018
