東北季風增強 20日北部有雨

（中央社記者周羿伶台北19日電）東北季風明天稍微增強，北部和東部有局部短暫雨，白天基隆市和宜蘭縣降雨機率約60%，提醒民眾外出帶傘。

中央氣象局預測，明天東北季風稍增強，台灣東北部地區及馬祖有短暫雨，北部、東部及東南部地區有局部短暫雨，中南部山區午後有局部短暫陣雨，其他地區及澎湖、金門為多雲到晴。

氣象局指出，今晚至明晨基隆市和宜蘭縣降雨機率40%，但明天白天升高至60%；新北市和台北市今晚至明晨降雨機率為40%和20%，明天白天降雨機率為40%和30%。

因東北季風增強，今晚起台灣東北部海面平均風力將增強至6級，最大陣風8級。明天上午起至下午，台灣北部海面、東北部海面、東南部海面及台灣海峽南部平均風力將再增強至6到7級，最大陣風9級，請船隻特別注意。1021019
