福懋油出包　胡志強:簽切結的要全查

【鄭敏玲／台中報導】台中市長胡志強上午針對福懋油品標示不實事件痛心表示，「廠商簽了切結強調一切合法，沒想到竟然還是有問題，令人無法信任！」台中市將會全面嚴查已經簽了切結書的十多家業者，一旦發現違法，立即祭出重罰。如果業者拒絕抽驗，衛生局也會主動到市面上購買產品並送驗，且主動向地檢署檢舉，一定要不法廠商現形，負起社會責任。

台中市衛生局長黃美娜表示，目前已經合計裁罰福懋公司1500萬元罰鍰，並且要求該公司提供800萬元做為退貨擔保金，針對該公司不當獲利部分及後續裁罰,也已函請衛福部認定,將會持續追辦。
