法國記者馬利遇害 聯合國譴責

聯合國安全理事會2日強烈譴責兩名法國記者在非洲馬利遭綁架並殺害事件。

法國國際廣播電台(Radio France International，RFI)記者維隆(Claude Verlon)和杜邦(Ghislaine Dupont)2日前往馬利奇達鎮(Kidal)，訪問阿扎瓦德民族解放陣線(National Movement for the Liberation of Azawad ，MNLA)發言人利沙(Ambeiry Ag Rhissa)。兩人在結束訪問後在利沙家門前遭武裝份子綁架，隨後警方就在鎮外發現彈痕累累的兩人屍體。

聯合國安理會在2日發表聲明，對受害記者的家屬和法國政府表達最深沈的哀悼之意。

聲明中指出，依照國際人權法規，在衝突地區工作的記者、新聞媒體人員，都應被視為平民，應該得到尊重和保護。聲明呼籲所有衝突地區的交戰各方，遵守國際法規，保障這些人的安全。

此外，安理會也要求馬利政府，立即就此事件展開調查，將施暴者繩之以法。
