洪石成死於第二波掃射

屏東地檢署昨透露，菲國海監船至少兩度對廣大興廿八號漁船掃射，船員洪石成在菲第一次掃射後，以為菲船會離開，起身探頭想查看究竟，被貫穿船身的子彈擊中死亡。

檢方表示，如果菲國能公布錄影帶，就可還原菲官兵射擊廣大興廿八漁船真相，「就怕菲國不公布」。

檢方說，菲海監船官兵違背以往執勤慣例，洪石成是死在官兵第二波槍口下，絕非菲國所指漁船企圖衝撞海監船才開槍。
