「新北市資訊休閒業管理自治條例（網咖條例）」已獲政院核定，17日生效，除延續北縣網咖自治條例禁止網咖設在高中職、國中小學400公尺內或容留未滿18歲者，另針對拒絕配合市府檢查的業者，罰鍰從6千元至2萬元提高為5萬元至10萬元；市府將全面清查網咖現況。
