遭爆欠債 沈玉琳法庭喊冤反控

沈玉琳遭女子黃汝鈺爆料債台高築，還利用她向千金寶功德會金主借錢企圖不還，他反批黃女「一派胡言」挨告妨害名譽。他不滿黃透過媒體控他「過河拆橋」、「滿口放屁」，反告黃公然侮辱。台北地檢署11日首度開庭，他說，沒有欠黃女錢，不解黃女指控動機何在。

沈玉琳說，黃女指他欠錢不還是捏造的，兩人確實有資金往來，但起因於黃女曾向他買房，沒想到黃卻藉此指控他曾向她借錢。況且新買主出現後，他便退還所有差額，會向檢察官說明來龍去脈。

自稱是沈玉琳債主的千金寶功德會常務理事黃汝鈺３月間向媒體爆料，說不滿沈在電視節目吹噓是地產投資高手，還說幫忙功德會募了不少款項，才出面指控沈債台高築。她也稱沈曾擔任功德會會長，會員很擔心沈利用功德會名義向外募款。
