山地育幼院創辦人楊煦牧師及前院長林鳳英夫婦在上月相繼辭世，陳菊市長今天偕同陳啟昱副市長及社會局長張乃千一同到山地育幼院訪視楊家子女-現任院長楊子江及楊恩惠等人，表達對楊家和育幼院的關心。

楊煦和夫人林鳳英女士鶼鰈情深，夫人林鳳英在5月7日辭世，享壽83歲；楊煦於同月23日辭世，享壽104歲。

楊煦夫婦追思音樂禮拜訂本月15日下午2時在國立中山大學逸仙館舉行。
