精障男持刀自殘揮舞　8警消壯漢攻堅制伏

【林師民／新竹報導】新竹縣關西鎮今天下午發生精神疾病男子持刀和警消對峙事件！
剛出獄36歲鄭姓男子，下午和母親因找工作的事不愉快，竟持菜刀在住家2樓鬧，警消獲報警戒，男子割左手臂2刀，血流如注，還拿刀在窗揮舞叫囂，對峙1個多小時後，警方持盾牌強力攻堅，把鄭男制伏，但他仍不斷掙扎，經8名警消壯漢合力綁上擔架強制送醫。
