A-Lin的〈幸福了然後呢〉遭金曲獎取消最佳作曲人、最佳單曲製作人入圍資格，１日仍獲選「十大單曲」，她領獎後說：「這首歌我非常喜歡，很幸運可以唱到好歌。」其所屬的愛貝克思唱片則表示，會寄存證信函給代理版權的「新加坡商新索國際版權股份有限公司台灣分公司」，要求未來遇類似情況需告知，版稅也將再議。

〈幸福了然後呢〉為陶山作曲，他的妻子庭竹透過臉書澄清，指〈黑洞〉是2008年創作並自行壓成CD，在街頭表演時發送，透過Sonyatv版權放上網，並沒有公司正式發行，之後由愛貝克思以原創版權價格買下，且可以收到所有版稅。近來不少網友罵兩人賣舊歌，也令她動怒說：「入圍者是陶山，喪失資格也是他，何又把他列為罪首？」希望外界不要欺人太甚。
