宏達電暑期工讀計劃開跑　錄取錄僅2.2%

【陳俐妏／台北報導】宏達電(2498) hTC DNA暑期工讀計劃開跑，今年3-4月招募全球各大專院校學子，來台灣進行為期2個月實習計畫(7/1~8/31) 。宏達電人才資源副總經理劉筠棋表示，今年收到3500封履歷，錄取80名實習生，錄取率僅2.2%，將會到研發、業務與行銷、財務、法律和媒體公關各部門實習。
 
劉筠棋指出，宏達電去年開始進行hTC DNA計畫，去年為試辦招募63名實習生，今年踏出國際，全球招募80名，有20位同學來自海外頂尖大學，60位為台灣大專院校學生，預計明年會再擴大規模，未來也會考量將實習生留任為正職員工。
 
今年實習生有來自海內外，如紐約大學、北京大學經濟學院、台清交等35間學校，實習生中博士學歷有1名，碩士42人，大學生達37人，將會到申請的研發、業務行銷、財務、法律和媒體公關各部門，並在台北、台中和高雄等地實習，其中以申請業務行銷部門最搶手。暑期實習將會每個月給薪，也包括伙食津貼，高於業界水準。
