港學者：打破行政立法僵局普選勢在必行

今年香港七一遊行人數增加，香港城市大學「專業進修學院」學術統籌宋立功表示主要跟普選議題有關。

被問到今年遊行人數雖多，但氣氛較往年和平，非暴力情況在明年「佔領中環」運動中是否會持續，宋立功表示，今年遊行人士的確較為克制，但明年是否維持這種平和氣氛，還要看北京是否對民眾訴求讓步，以及民怨是否得到解決而定。

對於如何打破香港行政及立法之間的僵局，宋立功說普選勢在必行。
