經部：服貿未開放中藥零售業

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北 2日電）經濟部投審會今天澄清，兩岸服務貿易協議沒有開放中藥零售業，並強調陸資投資的中藥批發業、廚具批發零售業無法與台灣業者競爭。

根據投審會統計，截至今天為止，核准陸資來台投資的中藥批發業僅2家，投資金額新台幣4710萬元，且僅 1家資金到位，金額約210萬元。

投審會表示，目前北京同仁堂在台經營項目以銷售保健食品為主，中藥批發部分，因僅能以中盤批發商、零售商為銷售對象，在市場有限以及價格無法與台灣業者競爭的情形下，已逐漸退出台灣。

投審會指出，未來若有陸資來台從事中藥零售業務，因與經濟部許可範圍不符，可依兩岸條例第93條之 1加以處分。

至於若有陸資來台投資發生壟斷現象，投審會強調，將會同公平會依「公平交易法」及「大陸地區人民來台投資許可辦法」第8條第2項規定處理。1020702
