民間促參 投資邁向2千億

行政院長江宜樺今天表示，財政部辦理民間參與投資招商大會，投資金額超過新台幣一千八百億元，盼各機關如期如質達成目標。

行政院上午舉行院會，江宜樺聽取財政部報告「一○二年度民間參與公共建設招商大會辦理情形」後表示，這次招商大會有五十一件投資案，可供民間投資金額超過一千八百億元，請財政部積極列管追蹤，主動協助排除個案障礙，如期如質達成目標。

江宜樺表示，政府受限整體財源，近年來編列公共建設預算比以往少，為推升經濟成長動能，促進民間投資及引進中長期資金投入公共建設，是行政院經濟動能推升方案重點工作項目。

財政部次長曾銘宗表示，推動促參有三大重點，可舒緩政府財政壓力、創造就業，促進經濟發展，並且由民間辦理，效率更高。

財政部彙總各主管機關可辦理的投資案共五十一件，包括土地開發設定地上權、BOT等。

另外，江宜樺還說，目前行政院正積極推動壽險資金投入公共建設，請副院長毛治國持續督導財政部、金管會等相關部會，完成必要的促參案件作業規範、契約範本，並加速審核作業，儘早推動。
