玩遊戲螢幕會閃白

小弟電腦前天剛組的，
顯卡用技嘉 GV-R777OC-1GD rev. 2.0
七盟電源供應用420W的，
玩遊戲都會有閃白的問題，
驅動和系統軟體都有更新，
顯卡也有重裝過，有變比較好但是還是會有，
是電源供應器的問題嗎，
請高手幫幫忙~

ram 威剛 4G D3 1600
