不滿父親管教　15歲少女無照載學妹雙亡

【石永軒、張貴翔／新北報導】新北市15歲的何姓少女，今天凌晨4時許，疑不滿父親管教，無照騎著朋友家人的機車，載13歲的鍾姓學妹出門，不料騎不到200公尺遠，竟發生車禍，2人未戴安全帽，頭顱破裂、雙腿骨折慘死，機車解體，零件四散。
 
警方調查，事故地點位在林口區忠孝路與文化三路口，2名少女共乘機車與貨車發生擦撞，少女被彈飛10多公尺遠，送醫仍告不治。
 
警方表示，初查2名少女與貨車駕駛均無酒駕，詳細肇事責任仍待釐清。
