【短片】綠能科技內線案　執行長林和龍遭聲押

【胡守得／台北報導】台北地檢署昨天指揮調查局北機站，偵辦大同子公司綠能科技內線交易案，檢察官連夜複訊執行長林和龍後，今晨4時50分，依違反《證券交易法》，向台北地方法院聲請羈押禁見。
 
林和龍與早先聲押的林士源，並為前任、現任綠能總經理。
 
曾於2008年創下288元股價的綠能，前年原公布純益目標15.82元，卻因虧損連連，拖到同年8月底才公布每股淨損2.9元的調降財測，落差達18元，同年11月股價更狂跌到21元；檢調發現林和龍、林士源涉嫌在調降財測公布前，分別出脫綠能持股各80張、120張，昨天兵分11路搜索，檢調漏夜偵訊，陸續聲押禁見林士源、財務長及林和龍等4人。
