除了本質以外，我覺得家庭的教育關係很大，我知道你的孩子是不壞的因為妳是個好媽媽，但我聽說大多數的澳洲人甚至是西方人，他們不太管教小孩子，我始終認為這不太好。

Besides the nature of a person, I consider family guidance a critical factor.   I know your child is a good kid, for you are a good mother; however I was told that most of Australians, even most of Western parents, rarely discipline their children. I would never approve of that.
