民眾海邊觀浪 海巡拉封鎖線防意外

中颱蘇力的中心出海後，台東沿海的風浪還是很強，海巡單位擔心民眾靠近海邊觀浪發生意外，今天持續派員到已經拉起封鎖線的地點，加強巡邏勸導。

中颱蘇力的中心登陸後，台東地區受地形因素影響，上午的風力一度轉強，出現八級的強陣風，沿海的風浪也明顯偏強，海巡第八一和八二大隊，為了防範民眾闖入已經拉起封鎖線的海邊觀浪，一大早就派員到海邊展開巡邏勸導任務。
