提升賣相 老屋裝修案大增

悶經濟，不少屋主為加快成交速度，紛紛為老屋輕裝修一番，提升賣相。信義居家服務中心發現，近期「家室修繕」服務，接案量季增154％，是最受歡迎的服務項目，排名第二的是使用窗廉、立燈、小擺飾、掛畫等簡單布置的「輕宅妝」，接案量季增65％，估計利用創意小小裝飾，讓物件流通天數減少近1個月。

信義居家服務中心專案經理曾雪梨表示，不少待售物件裡有家具沒有裝潢，想妝點一下加快銷售速度，屋主卻容易對一次要價4萬元左右的「美式宅妝」有抗性，因此多數會先選擇「輕宅妝」服務。

不過，業者指出，「輕宅妝」較適合30坪左右、空間缺乏風格特色的待售物件，不使用沙發、床等大型家具，僅使用窗廉、桌布、小擺飾等簡易物品進行創意擺設，增加房屋賣相。
