我原本是在醫院工作後來經朋友介紹轉去百貨精品工作當然一開始很不適應要很放下身段每天每月都有業績壓力遇到再奧客的客人也只能陪笑不過就是"百貨正職"的生態在我身旁的同事或者他櫃的店員有兩種心態一種是他想把該學的可以知道的都學起來然後有機會就往上爬 (因為誰能知道服務業能做多久呢?且銷售與推銷本身就不是簡單的) 一種是我只是來工作的我不做這個也沒別的能力可以做 (這種人就變成所謂的老櫃姐櫃哥) 我覺得做百貨業或者服務業不是不好端看你抱著的是甚麼態度其實精品業不只是單純只有做銷售員而已你既然是碩士學歷應該有足夠的高度去看整個精品或服務業也可以嘗試看看有關精品相關行銷企劃等相關工作 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.173.191.64
