玻國總統控美駭客入侵個人電子郵件

玻利維亞左派總統莫拉萊斯(Evo Morales)13日指控美國情報機關駭客入侵玻利維亞高階官員電子信箱，並表示他已經關閉個人信箱帳號。

近期多位拉丁美洲領導人大力抨擊華盛頓大規模的監控計畫。這個計劃其中部分針對美國在拉丁美洲的友邦，以及可能的對手國。

莫拉萊斯說，他本週稍早在烏拉圭首都蒙狄維歐(Montevideo)南美南方共同市場的地區峰會上，得知美國疑似窺探電郵一事。

莫拉萊斯在一場演說中表示：「美國情報人員讀取玻國高層官員的電子郵件。」「有人建議我停用電子郵件，我聽從建議，關閉帳號。」

阿根廷外交部長丁孟曼(Hector Timerman)在高峰會中表示，阿根廷上百名官員遭受某國電子監控，但他不願指明是哪個國家。
