汽車鎖頭壞掉

我一台馬自達3的車子前幾天被偷車賊闖入
車子沒被開走但發動車子的鑰匙孔被破壞得很嚴重
保養廠說換那個鎖要4500 可是這樣就要變成帶兩支鑰匙
一支開車門一隻發動車子而且還沒有遙控
如果要有遙控又要能用同一把鑰匙的話要花到8500

那個鑰匙恐難道一定非要整組換掉? 不能修嗎??
