中市議會祕書長 涉貪遭聲押

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中1日電）台中市議會秘書長陳健楷涉貪案，台中地檢署傳喚51人，今天聲請羈押陳健楷等5人，市議員吳瓊華（陳健楷妻）等11人交保。

檢調調查發現，台中市議會秘書長陳健楷在市議會新議政大樓工程及太平區土地徵收案，涉嫌向廠商及地主收取回扣及賄款，超過新台幣1億元。

台中地檢署昨天動員調查局台中市調處及中部機動站等數百名警調，搜索陳健楷位於台中市議會辦公室、住處及陳健楷的妻子、台中市議員吳瓊華的服務處，與多家涉案廠商，傳喚51人進行調查。

台中地檢署檢察官經漏夜偵訊調查，將陳健楷、陳健楷的張姓司機、陳姓及駱姓土地徵收業者、劉姓男子等5人向法院聲請羈押；吳瓊華等11人則以新台幣5萬元至50萬元交保，其餘人士請回。全案由檢調深入調查中。1021001
