（中央社記者管瑞平苗栗縣2013年11月4日電）文化部長龍應台今天參訪苗栗泰安象鼻部落野桐工坊，了解原住民天然染織工藝現況，為2013台灣國際文創博覽會暖身。

文化部舉辦「2013台灣國際文創博覽會」21日將於南港展覽館登場，主題館以「纖維染織工藝之復甦」為主軸，展出台灣在地與全球風行的天然染織文創設計，透過世界各地買家觀摩，幫助台灣極具特色的天然染織進入國際市場。

龍應台深入苗栗縣泰安鄉象鼻部落，參觀將現代美學融入傳統泰雅編織，致力傳承創新、帶動部落發展的野桐工坊。

龍應台親身體驗剝麻、參觀織布區，肯定工坊負責人尤瑪‧達陸推廣原住民染織工藝，展現台灣文創潛能。
