日景氣回春 GDP連兩季成長

（中央社記者楊明珠東京16日專電）日本內閣府今天公布第1季國內生產毛額（GDP）速報值顯示，實質GDP成長年率為3.5%，連兩季見成長。主要是受到消費支出及出口攀升所賜，顯示景氣開始復甦。

日本內閣府公布今年第1季的GDP速報值，剔除受物價變動及季節因素影響後的實質GDP比上一季增0.9%，換算成年率為3.5%，這是2012年第1季成長5.3%以來的高成長率，比民間預估的平均值2.7%高。

日本2012年度的實質GDP成長率為1.2%，就年度來講，連續3年呈現成長。

日本經濟再生大臣甘利明今天在例行記者會上表示，「這可說是開始邁向景氣復甦的起步」、「以個人消費為主，安倍政權的經濟政策效果開始顯現」。

有關2014年4月是否調漲消費稅，必須觀察今年到第2季的景氣才能判斷的問題，甘利明說：「判斷的經濟環境已漸漸成形。」。

對於2013年度經濟評估，日本政府估將成長2.5%。甘利明表示，達成這預估值的可能性很高。1020516
