便當文風波 鄭姓記者：也是聽來的

針對菲勞買便當遭羞辱PO文被散布引發風波，除了董小姐昨天已經被警方傳喚之外，另一名在臉書發表相關文章的台灣立報鄭姓記者，也向報社坦承造假，並遭解職。今天凌晨刑事局將鄭姓記者和假扮便當店老闆的羅姓友人約談到案。由於鄭姓記者表示，PO文內容是聽來之後加油添醋，警方依違反社維法裁罰。（杜大澂報導）

除了董小姐的便當文之外，另一個帳號屬名海洋藍的男子，也在臉書PO文章提及便當店老闆拒賣給菲勞的經過，由於網友廣泛流傳，也引起爭議。

在鄭姓記者二十一號向報社坦承造假之後，凌晨警方將他傳喚到案，同時到案羅姓友人則是因為日前假扮便當店老闆幫鄭姓記者圓謊。

刑事局偵九隊三組組長王志成表示，鄭姓記者供稱，他是在便當店聽客人的談話撰寫，並非親身經歷，內容也加油添醋。

雖然兩人到案都感到後悔和抱歉，不過，警方仍依違反社維法移送裁罰。
