鐵皮屋加上水泥牆，水泥牆要全包？

各位好。

小弟的老家的鄰居說想要搭鐵皮屋。

中間有一道水泥磚牆。如照片所示。

鄰居跟小弟說：『因為鐵皮屋防水問題，
所以要把水泥牆全包起來，不然會漏水。』

小弟是覺得有可能嘛？

另外就是關於這樣的情況，防水有沒有什麼建議的
處理方式？

還請各位專家指點與建議。
