盲人過馬路　墜落4公尺深下水道

【潘志偉／新北報導】新北市一名20歲男盲胞，今天下午3時許獨自走在中和南山路上，不慎摔落4公尺深下水道，工人發現趕緊報警，警消到場後將男子救上來，發現他雙腳輕微擦傷，身體並無大礙，立刻送往雙和醫院觀察。
 
現場工人向警方表示，當時在做汙水下水道工程，旁邊也都有用圍籬隔起，入口處還用太空包堆放，工人才將太空包搬走，不到20秒就看到男子獨自走過去，才大喊：「小心！」男子就跌落下水道。
