有關玻璃刮刺傷研磨方法?

請問各位大大，
因最近在公司對玻璃研磨的事情很困擾；

淺淺的刮傷都有辦法用研磨粉去研磨，
但碰到較深的刮傷或刺傷，就沒戲唱，
今天看到網路上有人說可以使用工業級的鑽石粉，
或使用5000cw的水砂紙下去磨；

所以我有幾個問題想請教各位有經驗的過來人：
1.鑽石粉真的是用鑽石做成的粉(鑽石比玻璃硬)嗎?會不會反而造成更多的刮傷?
2.他是用怎樣的原理去將刮傷去除?
3.5000cw的水砂紙要去哪買?今天去五金行看，最細只到2000cw，2000cw不知道可不可以拿來磨玻璃?感覺上摸起來還是很粗，很想試，但怕會刮傷。
4.還有沒有其他更好的方法磨玻璃?
