請問手機資料夾的圖片縮圖與實際圖片不符要怎辦?

如題...
我最近發現我的手機如果灌新的圖片進去他的縮圖會和他實際圖片不一樣
比如說
我手機裡面已經有周杰倫的圖片
然後我又灌了一張林俊傑的
這張林俊傑的縮圖卻是那張周杰倫的
但是你點開那張圖片後他是林俊傑= =....
我的手機是SONY的L
有嘗試過把ALBUMTHUM資料夾裡的東西都刪掉
確實重開機後有些恢復正常了但是大部分縮圖都還是跟實際灌的圖片不一樣
