颱風造成農損　總統關心稻作倒撲情形

　【吳詠平／桃園報導】蘇力颱風造成的農業損失初步查估二億，總統馬英九上午到桃園縣新屋鄉社子社區農民曾德福的稻田，瞭解稻作倒撲的情形。新屋鄉共５千多公頃稻田，是全國單一鄉鎮種植面積比例最高，近幾年出產的米多次得獎。

曾德福向總統表示，他的稻作已經結穗，還差一個禮拜就可以收成，遇上蘇力颱風，稻作幾乎都倒了，沒兩天稻穗就會發芽，如果沒補助今年等於白做了。總統回應，農損補助一直都有，這次會要求作業速度要更快一點，儘快彌補農民的損失。
