猶豫出兵　歐巴馬：須取得國際共識

【綜合報導】美國總統歐巴馬今日表示，對於是否出兵敘利亞，他指出「必須取得國際共識」，而他目前也還未做出出兵決定。

歐巴馬說，所有調查證據顯示，敘利亞政府確實在上周使用化學武器攻擊平民，這是國際社會無法容忍之事，但是否對敘利亞出兵，目前歐巴馬強調「還未做出決定」。

此外，在稍早舉行的聯合國安理會常任理事國的會議中，出席的5國包括中國、俄國、美國、英國及法國，中國及俄國以離席做為回應，而英國稍晚則表示在調查結果未出爐前，英國政府不會對敘利亞進行任何軍事活動。
