【施昂強／台北報導】總統馬英九將於今天上午9時15分，前往台北市杭州南路一段上的醒吾大樓，參加台灣醒報5周年社慶感恩義賣音樂會；由於近日大埔、洪仲丘士兵等案導致民怨高漲，所以馬英九所到之處常伴隨著抗議聲浪，台北市警方不敢大意，將會派出大型警備車及數十名警力到場維安，以防止產生衝突。
