香港米其林宴　平價登台

【黃翎翔／台北報導】高檔的米其林餐宴動輒萬元起跳，今年台灣餐飲業紛紛改邀請較平價的香港米其林餐廳來台，像台北君品酒店6月邀請香港米其林一星餐廳添好運主廚麥桂培來台，推出百元港點，8月中遠東飯店也邀請港島香格里拉大酒店中餐主廚、米其林二星夏宮主廚葉志祥來台客座，推出280元起跳的菜色，反應皆不錯。
 
10月份君品酒店將邀請獲得香港米其林二星的名人坊主廚鄭錦富推出晚宴， 10/17、18在君品酒店頤宮中餐廳，10/19在雲品溫泉酒店日月潭，每場各限150名，套餐售價6800元+10%，菜色包含燕窩釀鳳翼、脆皮妙齡鴿、杏汁燉白肺湯、鵝掌扒刺參等，預計又將掀起另一股米其林熱潮。
