今天氣穩定　北部低溫僅攝氏21度

【張勵德／台北報導】原位於琉球附近海面的熱帶性低氣壓今天凌晨2時增強為第17號颱風，中文譯名為「桔梗」(Toraji，北韓命名)，目前桔梗颱風的中心位置在台北東北東方360公里海面上，以時速12轉9公里速度向東北移動，持續朝日本方向前進，中央氣象局預估應不會直接影響台灣陸地天氣。

今天鋒面遠離後，北方較為乾涼的北風南下，各地天氣較為穩定，僅東半部地區有零星短暫陣雨，其他地區恢復多雲到晴。溫度方面北部地區夜間及清晨低溫約攝氏21到22度，其他地區低溫約攝氏23到25度，白天高溫約攝氏28到30度。
