今日天氣／天兔颱風擾中秋　連假全台溼答答

周四就是中秋連假，但要賞月烤肉可能要有備案了！原位於菲律賓東方海面的熱帶性低氣壓已於今(17)日2時發展為輕度颱風天兔 (編號第19號，國際命名 USAGI)，中心位置位於北緯17.6度，東經131.5度，以每小時10轉13公里速度，向西進行。颱風中心氣壓998百帕，近中心最大風速每秒18公尺，瞬間之最大陣風每秒25公尺，七級風半徑100公里。

氣象局預報員劉人瑋說，「北部東半部會先感受到降雨比較明顯，中南部可能稍微落後一點，不過其實從19日到21日這段期間，受到颱風跟它的外圍環流影響，全台的雨都會比較明顯。雲量也都是比較多的」。

氣象局指出，周三(18日)水氣就會開始增加，北部及東半部地區有短暫陣雨，南部地區及中部山區還是維持午後局部短暫雷陣雨。周四(19日)起的中秋假期，受到熱帶性低氣壓或颱風外圍環流影響，天氣較不穩定；在北部及東半部地區的短暫陣雨又會再明顯一點，中南部還有些空檔，但整天也有機會出現局部短暫陣雨。

周五到周六的天氣可能較不理想，各地可能都會有較明顯的陣雨發生，溫度也會因為下雨而下降，高溫約在28到30度附近；一直要到周日，各地下雨的情況才可能減緩一些，但仍有短暫陣雨。
