北富銀攻新加坡 年底申設分行

金管會鼓勵金融業布局亞洲，北富銀積極響應，預計年底前申設新加坡分行，最快明年上半年開業。富邦金控總經理龔天行昨（15）日表示，將串聯台、港、星三地人民幣離岸中心，提升台灣在國際金融市場地位。

金管會宣布，銀行申設海外據點將從現有的「申請制」改為「自動核准」，提出申請後，約15天後即可生效，並適用非中國地區的分行與代表處。

龔天行對金管會政策表示肯定。
