天兔中心中午後最接近台灣　大台北防強風

【張勵德／台北報導】強颱天兔暴風圈持續移入台灣陸地，尤其位於迎風面的花東地區已經出現明顯的雨勢，花蓮紅葉日累積雨量已有160毫米，花蓮龍澗也有154毫米，均達到「豪雨」(24小時累積雨量達130毫米以上)等級。中央氣象局強調，今起至明天清晨將是天兔颱風影響最明顯的時候，花東、恆春半島及高屏山區未來雨勢會持續加劇，請民眾要注意防颱。
 
根據氣象局最新觀測資料顯示，目前天兔颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻南南東方170公里海面上，以時速19公里速度向西北西移動，暴風圈半徑280公里。目前暴風圈已經進入恆春半島、東部、東南部及南部陸地，陸上警戒區域包括台中以南、花東、綠島蘭嶼及澎湖、金門，風雨會持續轉強。
 
氣象局提醒，今天中午過後天兔颱風將移到恆春近海，屆時西南部及東半部雨勢會持續增強，大台北地區也會受到地形及東風影響，可能出現10級以上強陣風，請民眾留意。
