微軟來不及出手嗎？ 黑莓以47億美元賣給金融控股公司

　　微軟在前些日子買下諾基亞之後，國外就一直在謠傳微軟下一步打算併購 BlackBerry，看上的就是 BlackBerry 過去幾年打下的企業用戶市場基礎，雖然微軟在 2011 年時，當時的 CEO Steve Ballmer 表示「BlackBerry 不值得收購」，但是隨著諾基亞的併購案，這向傳言又在網路上傳開了。


黑莓這次不僅要被人買走，還被計畫股票下市


　　只是傳言終究是傳言，今天 BlackBerry 對外宣布，他們已經接受一個投資集團以 47 億美元的價格收購，而接手的集團打算讓 BlackBerry 下市。接手的集團是加拿大億萬富豪 Prem Watsa 旗下的 Fairfax 金融控股公司。Prem Watsa 本身就是 BlackBerry 最大的股東，手中握有將近 10% 的股權。他自從 8 月在 BlackBerry 宣布有意求售時，就辭去了董事一職。


這間金融控股公司會怎麼處理黑莓這間手機公司呢？真令人好奇


　　Fairfax 金融控股公司以每股 9 美元的價格收購在外流通的股票，BlackBerry 也對外表示目前這項收購計畫正在審查中，一旦完成審查，這項交易案可望在 11 月 4 日前正式對外宣布。
