海洋水手號抵基隆港　帶來人潮錢潮

【陳偉周／基隆報導】中國「寶健集團」從本月13日起，分3批招待1萬名員工搭乘皇家加勒比海郵輪「海洋水手號」來台旅遊，第3梯次今天上午已抵達基隆港。 

基隆港務分公司表示，總計將為基隆港灌進1萬人，入出境即達2萬人次，整體行程預計將為全台帶來1.6億觀光商機。
