財長：官銀進大陸設村鎮銀行獨資較好

八大公股行庫紛紛前進中國大陸搶商機，近期皆已開始在中國大陸設立村鎮銀行，財政部長張盛和表示，合資問題較多，因此獨資會較好，可以按照自己的方式去經營。

張盛和表示，若是要合資則必須評估條件，強調條件的評估很重要，他舉例說，我方股權占比是否逾51%，相關人事營運等，強調合資不會只有財務投資，考量的問題會較多。

張盛和指出，目前台企銀與兆豐銀都已經向財政部提出申請，而一銀與合庫銀也正在申請中。至於純財務投資，像是買大陸股票，張盛和表示，予以尊重，由各公股行庫自行評估。
